Cost is among a business owners' biggest concerns. Our fees reflect our understanding of your specific needs, the quality of the work we deliver, and full confidence in our ability to serve your needs well.
Our pricing takes into account many aspects, such as the scope and complexity of the services you need, transaction volume, timing, number of bank accounts and sales channels. We offer flat monthly/project fee for most of our services, except QuickBooks Online Trainign and Consulting & Strategy Planning and Growth Consulting services that are billed hourly.
In some cases our fees can include the QuickBooks Online subscription we use to deliver services. We offer up to 25% discounted rates to new users for a QuickBooks Online subscription if invoiced through our company.
1. We start any engagement (except with a new business with no records) from QuickBooks Online (QBO) Initial Diagnostic. Our fee is $499 for most of our clients for checking up to two years of books (current and last year). For some industries and for longer periods to check, the QBO Initial Diagnostic fee can be adjusted accordingly.
2. QBO Catch-Up & Clean-Up Service - flat project fee.
3. QBO Monthly Recurring Bookkeeping Service - flat monthly fee.
4. Monthly (or Quarterly) QBO Account Review - flat monthly (quarterly) fee.
5. QBO Account Initial Set-up for new businesses or businesses migrating to QBO from different software - flat project fee.
6. QBO Training and Consulting - hourly rate.
7. Strategy Planning and Growth Consulting for Startups and Small Businesses - hourly rate.
We usually accept ACH payments and checks. Credit card payments are also possible with an additional payment processing fee.
Requests to complete work for a shorter time than our normal scheduled cycle are subject to an additional urgency fee.
